Montgomery County is not part of our jurisdiction, but we were administering their HOME program for them.  Montgomery County has decided not to fund their HOME funds any longer, but to use their funds for other projects.  We are not accepting applications at this time.  You can contact the Montgomery County Housing Finance Corp. at 214.681.3311 for their tax credit program.  Thanks for your interest.
