I am sorry, but we do not maintain a pipeline of borrowers for our program.  When a homebuyer makes an application for our program, usually they have a property selected or a contract on one.  If you would like, I can provide you with some of our program brochures that outline our assistance and qualifications.  You may want to have some on hand to give to any first time homebuyers that may view your home.  If you would like me to send information to you, please email me your mailing address and I will mail you our brochures.
