Does anyone know what the hold up is on the bond program????? I know they do not have a rate yet but why is it taking so long????? I pray whatever it maybe it is resolved quickly and this program will be available ASAP....

Due to the current economic climate, we are unable to issue bonds at the moment. But we will have a Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) program coming up in July. Watch the web site under "Current Programs" when the funds become available.
